welcome to ToyNest! By availing our rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully for a smooth rental experience.

1. Membership & Eligibility
   • Rental services are exclusively available for registered members.
   • Members must provide accurate personal and contact details during registration.
2. Rental Period
   • Each rental item is provided for a period of 15 days.
   • Items must be returned on the agreed return date.
3. Delayed Returns Policy
   • We strictly adhere to the agreed return date.
   • Any delay in returning items will result in a reduction of the rental duration for the next exchange. For example, a delay of 2 days will reduce the next rental period by 2 days.
4. Exchange Policy
   • Members must claim their next exchange at least one day prior to the exchange date by notifying us via the designated communication channels (e.g., call, WhatsApp, or email).
   • Unclaimed exchanges may not be processed on the scheduled date.
5. No Refund on Rental Fees
   • All rental payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or early returns.
6. Security Deposit
   • A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of registration or first rental.
   • The deposit will be refunded at the termination of membership or when all dues are cleared.
7. Care & Maintenance
   • Members are expected to handle all rental items with care.
   • Items must not be torn, broken, marked, or altered.
   • Any significant damage will result in a repair or replacement charge. 
8. Lost or Damaged Items
   • Members are liable to pay the full replacement cost for lost or irreparably damaged items.
   • Deductions for damages will be made from the security deposit.
9. Hygiene Standards
   • ToyNest ensures all toys and books are cleaned and sanitized before delivery.
   • Items must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessively dirty items.
10. Pickup & Return
    • Pickup and return schedules must be strictly followed.
    • Members are responsible for ensuring items are ready and securely packed for pickup or return. 
11. Safety Disclaimer
    • While all items are thoroughly inspected for safety, adult supervision is required during use.
    • ToyNest is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents caused by rental items.
12. Policy Changes
    • ToyNest reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any major changes.
13. Termination of Membership
    • ToyNest reserves the right to terminate memberships in case of repeated delays, misuse of items, or failure to comply with these
      terms.
